According to Sky News, the Thomas Cook brand could be back and seven Greek Islands put on the quarantine list.
The travel firm Thomas Cook could be back online after the collapse of the company in 2019.
According to Sky News “Fosun, which had been a big shareholder in Thomas Cook for several years prior to the company’s demise, is drawing up plans to reinvent it as an online travel agent as soon as this month”.
Greek islands added to the quarantine list
Crete and six other Greek Islands added to England’s quarantine list from 4.00 am on Wednesday 9th September 2020.
Traveller returning to England from Lesvos, Tinos, Serifos, Mykonos, Crete, Santorini and Zakynthos will have to isolate for two weeks.
The approach is different to the measure put into place when Spain was added to the list in July 2020.
